This one-day workshop on Saturday, May 3rd is offered as a bonus experience for students enrolled in the training – a rare opportunity to deepen your practice through a different lens and broaden your understanding of energy, embodiment, and healing.

About Ilias
Ilias blends years of dedicated self-practice, scientific inquiry, and deep spiritual connection to offer a unique and transformative teaching style. His background in science informs a robust understanding of physical and energetic anatomy, while his training in Forrest Yoga and Energy Medicine enables him to craft sequences that are both healing and harmonising.
