This training is for any yoga student wanting to dive deeper into their practice, learn and embody a more profound way to practice or those wanting to make a shift into the role of teacher.It is a month to learn, discover and embody ancient universal wisdom and yourself.
Run in person with Jane Corben at a magnificent nature setting just 4kms out of Bermagui, the primary focus is on teaching the elegant, efficient and effective systems and practices of Tantric Hatha philosophies and methodologies..
These are profoundly simple, practical and powerful teachings. The wisdom and practices are based on the Moon, Sun, Fire teaching methodology; a systematic, progressive method of transformation that empowers you to be the best version of yourself.
The training is registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance.

Why Tantric Hatha?
This is a lineage-based training. A living chain of transmission, from teacher to student that has lasted the ultimate test of time.
Tantric Hatha is a very systematic, science based methodology and philosophy. There are progressive steps to theoretically learn and physically embody.
So, it gives you a deep subtle and profound understanding of the what, the why, the when, the where and the how, whether you want to teach yoga, or use it as a positive tool for your own life.
This yoga teacher training is so much more than learning to teach yoga. This is strategic life planning.
This is one of the very few trainings globally teaching in this tradition and currently being offered from the more compassionate feminine perspective, the Shakta tradition.
Daily Ayurvedic Lunch.
We provide a nutritious balanced Ayurvedic lunch every day. This is a huge added bonus for the students on our training.
It is aligned with the teachings & helps maintain our strength and immunity throughout the month.

The Space.
It is a private nature sanctuary, only 4kms out of Bermagui. A perfect peaceful setting.
