About Āyurveda
By understanding the nature and action of the five elements, ether, air, fire, water and earth and their inherent qualities (gunas), Āyurveda guides a path to equilibrium and balance.
Āyurveda uses food and cooking, herbs and spices, lifestyle, traditional bodywork (such as abhyanga and shirodhara), yoga and pranayama to help relieve symptoms of imbalance and to restore vitality to the body and mind.
Āyurvedic remedies are often given as daily practices in diet and lifestyle choices that support strong digestion, good quality sleep and a feeling of vitality. Āyurveda sees all beings as unique and individual, no two are the same.

Meet Lucy
Hello! I’m Lucy Found, an Āyurvedic educator and practitioner in Melbourne and founder of North Āyurveda.
As an educator, I teach Āyurveda to yoga teachers so they can use and apply it in their lives, during classes and to elevate their teaching approach.

Meet Jane
HI, I’m Jane Corben, a Tantric Hatha yoga teacher and teacher trainer. with a strong passion and belief in all things Äyurveda.
With more than 40 years of experience on the mat, I’m also a serial entrepreneur, sacred space maker, risk taker, change seeker, and nature lover. I am a proud single mum to three sons, delighted grandmother to 8 and wise sage to many more.
Yoga has remained my anchor, through the challenges of single parenting, building and selling businesses and now as a ‘senior”, it is my protocol.
The path has given me self worth, self reliance and resilience, enabling me to offer and share these profound and [ractical teachings with others through the vehicle of Jai Yoga.
